As nurses we can provide training but also link up with specialists to ensure care staff are fully supported to provide excellent care. We believe in developing our teams and providing an employment package that not only attracts skilled care workers but also retains them.

Sustainability is key to longevity and consistency. We can also offer training to family members free of charge to ensure they feel confident in the care being delivered.

We also pride ourselves on our openness and how we communicate. Using IT to aid this further all care notes can be viewed in real time to offer that reassurance to families but also for the wider multidisciplinary team – with the client’s consent.

The PASS system technology also enables us to be much more responsive when circumstances change, such as a change in medication or location of care. Having these systems in place ensure clinical governance systems are in place, to meet and exceed our regulatory requirements.
